"Started working quick for me"
Ordering was super easy, and the fiber started helping after a couple days. It wasn’t like instant or anything, but once I remembered to take it daily it felt steady. Taste is fine, not amazing but totally ok. Kinda wish it kicked in a little faster, but overall I’m happy with it.

"Easy on my stomach"
I took this every day and, as you’d hope, it didn’t mess with my stomach. No bloating, no weird cramps, just easy to take and straightforward.

"Messy and annoying to use"
I wanted to like this, but it’s kind of a pain. It clumps up a lot, so getting it mixed smoothly takes way more effort than it should. Measuring the right amount is also messy and not very straightforward. On top of that, I kept having to verify things repeatedly during the process, which just made the whole experience more frustrating

I really wanted this to be the thing that finally helped, but sadly, no dramatic turnaround here. I’m still bloated, still gassy, and basically still dealing with the same annoying stomach drama as before. It just didn’t do anything for me.

"I started taking this every day hoping it..."
I started taking this every day hoping it would help with my cholesterol before my next checkup. I was consistent with it and thought maybe I’d see at least a little improvement. But when my lab results came back, my numbers were still not where they needed to be. It was disappointing after sticking with it, so I won’t be buying it again.

"Orange flavor is actually good"
i mean, I thought the orange flavor might be kind of weird, but it’s actually easy to drink. I ordered it from metamucil.com, mix it with cold water, and it goes down fine, kind of like a light orange drink. It’s not too sweet either, which I like. Shipping was normal, the site worked fine, and I’d definitely buy this flavor again...

I’ve been using the sugar-free kind, it’s kind of a relief. So many fiber products are either weirdly sweet or packed with extra junk, which is annoying when you’re just trying to add some fiber without turning it into a dessert. The ingredients are simple, and it mixes okay. Not perfectly, but good enough. I’m just glad there’s no extra sugar in it.

"Helps a little with staying full"
I tried Metamucil to help with appetite control, and it does help a bit. I mean, it makes me feel a little fuller before meals, but the feeling doesn’t always last that long. The taste is fine, not amazing but not bad. The texture though—well, if you let it sit too long, it gets kind of weird. Overall, it’s okay, just not something I’d call a huge game changer

"Works for me, just gets a little thick"
I ordered it from metamucil.com and it was fine overall. It mixes good if I stir it right away, but if I let it sit for a minute it starts getting kinda thick. The texture is a little grainy too, not awful or anything, I just drink it quick and move on. I’d give it 4 stars because it does the job for me, just wish it mixed a bit smoother
